Theme-inspired Cocktail for Episode 4

Ingredients

● 2 ounces Campari
● 2 ounces sweet vermouth
● ice
● soda water
● 1 long grapefruit peel

Preparation

1. Fill glass with Campari and vermouth
2. Fill with ice and top with soda
3. Garnish grapefruit peel

Tips
● For a mocktail leave out the Campari and vermouth and substitute 3 ounces pink grapefruit juice and 1 ounce maraschino cherry juice.
