Comedians Aparna Nancherla, Lily Du, and Alyssa Limperis brought an infectious energy to the room as they dove headfirst into the science behind ice cream. From flavor chemistry to the role of air bubbles and temperature in texture, they discovered there’s way more to this frozen treat than just sprinkles and smiles.
One of the things we love most about Wrong Answers Only is how it brings a deeper understanding of the science behind everyday experiences—fields we think we know, until we realize how much more there is to learn. This time, we explored the sweet spot where food science meets comedy, and the result was as delightful as a double scoop on a summer day.
